Simulation and experimental study of active noise barrier based on multiple-channel and decentralized system design

Abstract Active noise barrier (ANB) was helpful to enhance the reduction performance of especially in low-frequency range. But it quite difficult realize an ideal effect far-field as most exiting work ANB took realization soft boundary at edge barriers target. An active control strategy based on decentralized system design proposed this paper. The virtual sensor technology used order obtain signal with help near-field sensor, while multiple-channel both centralized and studied. experimental then built semi-anechoic chamber. above strategies calculated actual measured parameters, advantages disadvantages different systems were compared effectiveness new verified through tests control. established paper which design, could be extended large scale usage directly future.
